What is Academic Aspirational Coaching?
Capital Tuition Group’s Aspirational Academic Coaching (AAC) programme is designed to inspire, empower, and equip students with the tools they need to thrive both academically and personally. Each AAC day begins with a powerful keynote session—such as “Owning Your Story & Shaping Your Future”—that sets the tone for self-reflection and ambition, before students rotate through engaging, small-group carousel sessions tailored to their development. These sessions cover a wide range of impactful topics, including mindfulness and emotional regulation, growth mindset coaching, effective revision strategies, digital literacy, mental health awareness, goal setting, self-confidence, and communication skills. Each workshop is rooted in practical strategies and real-life applications, helping students build resilience, independence, and clarity in their academic and personal journeys. The day closes with a motivating final session that helps students translate inspiration into concrete action. Schools can opt for a half-day experience with three sessions or a full-day programme featuring six, ensuring flexibility to suit different timetables and goals.

Epsom - Deputy Headteacher
Capital Tuition has provided a bespoke small group Learning Pod revision service for a significant number of our students, across a wide range of student abilities, and subject specialism. The professionalism of the tutors and their subject knowledge has been outstanding. The communication from Capital Tuition Group to both the school and the families has been exemplary and the focus of each Pod is discussed in advance with key staff members. The team's support has been an invaluable component in our programme to close the learning gaps resulting from the pandemic

Shaun - Glyn School
I feel I have been able to deepen my understanding of our set texts and talk about them in a relaxed, friendly setting which I don't always get the opportunity to do. Rosie always tailors the sessions to our needs and makes the texts interesting to talk about. All in all it has been a great experience!
